so I have decided to be a Christen( LDS)(Pagan) witch and I have found that I absolutely love how Integrated and married the two have become in my life I have also started going to school at BYUI online stuff right now but still I am really proud of myself for pushing myself to go I have also Restarted The Gluten free Lifestyle In doing so we discovered That Gluten greatly affects my Parkinson's symptoms and that I have a Gluten allergy its not deathly but its a big enough deal for me that I decided to get another Medical ID bracelet made that now will also include a line that says Caution Gluten free only I also got a new wedding ring set to signify Our 3 year milestone and for me 3 years is a Really significant Milestone I am slowly Figuring out what my new life with Parkinson's is and as crazy as it is I don't think I would change anything for a moment I now also have a wonderful Little Gluten free cookbook resorse library  that I have started to create in our spare closet It has been a Goddess send to not only have this information at my finger tips but also to be able to create it my husband has been so suportive of this intire Journy oh another wonderfull thing happened we got out couch and it is amazing my back thanks me so much for not sleeping on the plain old couch anymore
