Our Busy Summer

Our summer just got unexpectedly busy. our family had a wonderful 4th of July celebration Gabriel slept right through his first fireworks my hubby had to work again (but its time and 1/2 pay for working holidays) I had a really uneventful Birthday ( I bought myself a couple of books from amazon that still have not arrived yet) then my aging Grandma needed help long story short she has Parkinson's and is family is refusing to even think nursing home so we had to help her downsize Her and Grandpa have been is their home for the past 23 years so on the 15th of July we all ( all but my husband who had to work) piled into my parents van and head to Colorado for the weekend I felt it was really important that My son get to meet his Great Grandmother before she died we got some great photos of the two of them together while trying to clear "junk" out of my Grandmothers house she bequeathed  to me a really funky orange and yellow hand painted tea set that apparently was given to her by my Grate Grandmother The story goes it was a spoil of WWII my Great grandfather brought it back from Japan ( pictured above) its very funky
Our schedule is as follows
The 4th of July
My birthday on the 12th
Trip to Grandmas in Colorado 15th to the 18th
we are renewing our lease for another 13 months
then next month some time
a bunch of family comes into town
school starts
and then in October
my sister "MIGHT" and this is a BIG "MIGHT" Get married
