So I think I have gotten over the hardest part of switching my life style around ( you know that phase were you get a little nostalgic over all your fave dishes) I am feeling wonderful I have lost roughly 10 lbs witch is a nice reminder of how much better I am feeling so as a reword for each of my little vegetarian accomplishments I  have ben treating myself to a vegetarian/vegan themed book oooh they are like candy for me LOL anyway my latest treat has ben

It  is written in a Day-minder fashion  and Her writing for me (with this book) is like tinny golden nuggets of wisdom that inspire me when I am struggling mentally oh  I do just love her work
