post op Appointment

So today was my post op Appointment with my doctor and I know it has been a little bit since I posted but I took time off to just rest and recover as of right now today I am still feeling burning sensation in my abdomen and bending reaching lifting are still very painful and hard to do so at this point doc said that I have 3 more weeks of major recovery before I can start easing back into normal activities slowly very slowly now this brings my total recovery time to 8 weeks now this might sound weird to some but I was very excited to see pictures of my body after surgery and the destroyed tubal tissue looks almost black doc said that's totally normal and then he told me exactly what he did And this is wear it gets GRAPHIC he Cut, Twisted, Tied, and then cauterized (burned) my tubes then the remaining tissue was damaged with a heavy dose of electricity to insure that their is no way they can grow back and because of the nature of what he did and after seeing inside my body this is 110% not reversible and and and he said that all the burning sensations I have been experiencing in my abdomen are normal so I am just to rest and keep my incisions dry and clean for the next 3 weeks so this might be my last tubal legation journey post also I feel it needs to be noted that I feel EXTREMELY at peace with everything and most importantly I don't regret any of this my life is amazing
