My belly today

yes this is what my body looks like today still swollen and bloated what you can't see is this really itchy rash I am suffering from caused by my opiate painkiller/sedative winch is really the only thing that is making this recovery bearable I am achy cranky just overall feeling icky but please don't think this is me complaining because its NOT! I am just still feeling like I am in a post surgery funk and to make matters worse my body is hypersensitive to EVERYTHING I was feeling extremely weird seeing my incisions so I covered them up with large waterproof bandages and today I had to replace the bottom bandage because I was so itchy that I had to resort to anti itch cream but I had an issue when I was in the operating room someone preformed a very rough shave job on my pelvic region and so  two very annoying things happened (are happening) the first one being that the incision sits in a region of my body that is extremely harry so it feels like their is hair growing up under my incision and the second thing being that because of this very inconsiderate blotchy just all over very bad shave job the bandage would not stick to me (hair in the way) and because I am so swollen I needed help once I decided that I needed to reshave my wonderful husband helped me shave the aria and it seems very silly but this shave was so very uncomfortable that I felt  like I was crawling out of my skin my husband is amazing to put up with me this was more uncomfortable than giving birth to both my children but alas the bandage trauma is now over and I am just sitting on the couch trying to relax
