Thanksgiving festivites Part 2 of 2

seeing as my Thanksgiving week was so jam packed full of fun and exciting stuff I felt it was necessary to split it up in to 2 posts.

As a side note My Aunt-in-Law Rosa has surprised my family with a Baby shower "get together" or a Baby shower "meet and greet" for our families it will be January 23
being as this is my 2nd baby and my Hubby's 1st we both kind figured that no one would want to do anything ( not to sound rude or on feeling I just was not even going to ask or even do one myself ) so we kind of just slowly started gathering the things we needed for baby G. now I feel kind silly and a bit embarrassed because we just assumed I guess this really falls on me because I underestimated how amazing my Hubby's family truly is

so Like I had mentioned in part one of this post my Sister Mackenzie drove home for Thanksgiving and it was a lot of fun seeing her she brought with her a very special treat something called    reeds chocolate milk it is a most delicious chocolate milk thickened with potato flakes yes you read that right potato flakes oh she is always so much fun.

As another side note I have ben doing some self improvement stuff lately I am working on Bing a happier person so I can Be a Better Stay at home mom and wife I have started a few things 1st being I am going back to church (LDS) all most every Sunday 2nd I am incorporating spiritual practice in to my daily Life I am not giving up Buddhism I am simply Practicing it in conjunction with LDS Living
and 3rd but most serenely not lest I have started doing something called Scripture Journaling I take a subject It could be anything something I am struggling with things I need to improve on  Motherhood, Being a better wife, stuff for Zoey and Baby G. ect... and I look for scripture Passages that pertain too what I need that moment week ect... and then I try to find the message I need and practice that what ever that happened to be I have also ben posting (on facebook/blog) one inspiration that strikes me whatever that is wether its LDS or Buddhist or anything really I am hoping this will help me be a better mom For Zoey and Baby G. and I will start off a little calmer and we will have a less stressful relationship right now our little family is changing and that has ben a bit chaotic for Little Zoey
Hope everyone else had a good Holladay week
