veggie strong :)


so today I had a bit of an tantrum I think I weighted to long between meals to eat and I blew up at my hubby but I did not  slip up and eat meat instead I bucked up got myself a coffee and Decided on a delish salad I also started a whole foods energizer vitamin changed my shopping  habits and I am now starting to feel as amazing as I did yesterday now I am not pushing My views on the world I am just chronicling my journey through feeling better
