Getting myself back in balance

Yesterday I had small meltdown Crying I realized that I need to Take control of my life Exercise is the first thing I need to do Yoga Yoga Yoga I found Namaste Yoga TV On YouTube its wonderful and free then I need to restart my vegetarian Living  I feel bloted and yucky all the time a part of feeling yucky is the Parkinson's  but another part of that is Me not living in my balance I have to HAVE TO Get myself in Balance

1; Yoga Living
2: Vegetarian Living
3: Buddhist Living

this may not be a very long list but its got some really big life sections in it



Now I know that People have their opinions and what not but as my Journey continues Alicia Silverstone  has Ben a vegetarian inspiration in my own life I don't  really care what people say I love her book " The kind Diet" it is a guide to who I am  I LOVE LOVE LOVE her inspiration Then I as far as my life goes I know whats right for me and myself I'm not telling the world what they have to do I'm just stating that this as my declaration works for me
