My Big accomplishment and an Insparational Movie

I'm going to cover almost 2 posts n one again EEK LOL
 So here goes this is my very first Parkinson's accomplishment It may not seem like much but To me it was a This was a BIG step in My Parkinson's acceptance Proses



This is a big deal for me Because its just me acknowledging  The hippo in my Living room

Now on to that inspirational movie a Just saw Called "You're not you" about a woman with ALS who is learning to live and love Life and Her caregiver learning to life through her Client's eyes this movie Hit me right at my core it really got me thinking about "My" PD well any ways here his The Trailer
